About the courses
We are providing free courses for 13-18 year olds to promote positive mental health and wellbeing through building confidence, improve coping strategies and support networks.
We are delivering our courses remotely through a webinar platform that allows for the learning to still be interactive and high quality. It is simple to use and once you have booked your course, we will send you an email link which allows you to access the session.
I really enjoyed it, especially learning more about anxiety and ways to help me cope with it
My favourite part was the meditation video, which I have been using when I feel anxious. I also found the polls and Kahoot quiz fun. Would like to attend the next course too
