If you are experiencing mental ill health, we are here to help you deal with it.
We provide you with opportunities to improve your health and wellbeing, so you can live with or recover from your mental ill health and build towards the life you want to live.
We do this by offering a wide range of services with a strong emphasis on self-help, prevention and personal development.
Our services are available to all residents in Hertfordshire over the age of 18 and we also offer specially-dedicated services for those aged between 7 and 18.
This website has been set up as a dedicated space to explain our children and young people’s provision, following the growth of this over the last 5 years. Our young people services are split into:
- One-to-one support
- Group support
- Training and workshops
Every year, we provide support to around 2,500 children and young people across the county.
We are based in seven Wellbeing Centres and in other venues across all ten districts of Hertfordshire so, wherever you are in the county, we’re close by.
To create opportunities for individuals to make choices, find their own solutions, build resilience and manage their whole life and wellbeing.
We won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect.
